What to expect:
Lumber: Availability varies greatly. At any one time, we will have everything from 1xs, 2x4-6-8-10 to large beams and glue lams.
Cabinets (used): Styles and wood will vary, but usually a fair supply in warehouse.
Doors (used): Varied supply always in stock; solid and hollow core; from simply usable to antique (w/stained glass, etc.). Note: With some exception, most newer used doors will be at least 36" wide.
Wood windows (used): Only unique and in-good-shape wood windows are brought in for resale. Some paneled windows for you crafters.
Architectural items: On occasion (See "What not to expect".)
Collectibles and Miscellaneous: The unusual is brought in --never know what that might be.
Metal Pipe & I-Beams: Always, a fairly good supply.

What not to expect:
Large supply of old architectural items. For last 15-plus years, the trend is to remodel (You are not the only one) and not tear down. In the Spokane area, the trend has always been to not tear down houses. YES, we get the unusual doors, the stained glass, moldings, columns etc., but not on a regular basis and the turnover is quick. We will attempt to feature these items on our website as they are available.
